1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation and payment verification.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
- In case of high order volumes or unforeseen delays, processing time may be extended. Customers will be notified accordingly.
2. Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship across India.
- International shipping may be available for selected products and locations.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
- Other Locations: 5–10 business days
- Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier availability, weather conditions, government restrictions, or other external factors.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated based on product weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
- Free shipping may be offered on selected products or minimum order values as displayed on the website.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID and courier details will be shared via email/SMS/WhatsApp.
- Customers can track their shipment through the courier partner’s website.
6. Failed Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partners may attempt delivery up to 2–3 times.
- If the customer is unavailable or provides an incorrect address/contact number, the order may be returned to us.
- Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.
7. Address Accuracy
- Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
- We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
- If you receive a damaged package or missing item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photos/videos of the package and product
- Description of the issue
We will investigate and provide a suitable resolution.
9. Delayed Deliveries
- While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeline, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
- We shall not be held liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
10. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD service may be available for selected locations and order values.
- We reserve the right to refuse COD orders based on internal verification.
