1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation and payment verification.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
  • In case of high order volumes or unforeseen delays, processing time may be extended. Customers will be notified accordingly.

2. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India.
  • International shipping may be available for selected products and locations.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
  • Other Locations: 5–10 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier availability, weather conditions, government restrictions, or other external factors.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on product weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
  • Free shipping may be offered on selected products or minimum order values as displayed on the website.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID and courier details will be shared via email/SMS/WhatsApp.
  • Customers can track their shipment through the courier partner’s website.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners may attempt delivery up to 2–3 times.
  • If the customer is unavailable or provides an incorrect address/contact number, the order may be returned to us.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.

7. Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
  • We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If you receive a damaged package or missing item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
    • Order number
    • Photos/videos of the package and product
    • Description of the issue

We will investigate and provide a suitable resolution.

9. Delayed Deliveries

  • While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeline, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
  • We shall not be held liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

10. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD service may be available for selected locations and order values.
  • We reserve the right to refuse COD orders based on internal verification.
